Reasons why I love “The Swan Princess.”
- Odette and Derek growing up montage.
- “What else?” and “I want him to love me…for being me.”
- Rogers for being the snarky, sarcastic gent he is.
- Jean-Bob, Speedy and Puffin.
- Derek practicing with the musicians.
- Odette’s violet eyes.
- “I love you. Your kindness, and your courage…I always have.”
- Odette being so gung-ho and not afraid do things for herself. Thinking back on it, she was a better role model than any of the Disney Princesses. I probably watched Swan Princess on VHS more than any other movie.
